I discovered Katie Austin workouts via YouTube when I was too afraid to face my fear and workout at the gym. Katie’s workout videos had me hooked and so excited to better my health! I have been to just about every gym or fitness studio, tried countless different virtual programs and nothing has stuck like the Katie Austin app. While I tend to get bored very easily and like to change it up, I love how I can either do a Katie Austin app quickie at home, outside, or challenge myself to do a quick core or ab workout in the sauna for an extra burn!
