Carrot Fries
THESE ARE A MUST TRY! As you all probably know by now, I’m obsessed with fries, so I’m always dreaming up anything that reminds me of my beloved French fries. These are so quick, simple, and delicious!

Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into fry-shaped sticks.
Place the carrot sticks on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle on the garlic salt and pepper. Use your hands to massage the oil and seasonings evenly over the carrots.
Spread the carrots out in an even layer and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until they’re golden and crispy on the edges.
Serve with a side of ketchup and indulge-just like you would with real fries! Enjoy!! xx
