A 6 ingredient dinner?? YES PLEASE! I tried the blanket pan dumplings…these are totally trending for a reason. I’m SO excited for you to make these!!
Start by prepping your veggies. Shred (or dice!) your carrots and dice up the green onion.
In a bowl, add the ground turkey (ground chicken or crumbled tofu works here too!!) with carrots and green onions. Add in the garlic powder and soy sauce, then combine.
Form the turkey mixture into meatballs. You should have about 24 of them!
Once all your ingredients are prepped, turn the pan to medium heat and add a little bit of oil. Add in each meatball (leave enough space so they cook + the wrappers fit!!)
Place one wrapper on top of each meatball and gently hug the wrapper against the side of the meatball.
Put ½ water in the pan, and then cover the pan with a lid. Every few minutes, add some water to the pan so the dumplings don’t stick. They should be finished in around 10 mins!
Top with soy sauce (or chili oil if you like it spicyyy) and some green onion. ENJOY!!
