Brie and Fig Holiday Crostini
These crostini are basically a charcuterie board in one bite! Featuring melty Brie, jammy figs, and a pop of rosemary on toasty bread. It's dangerously good!
Total Time 20 minutes mins
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Slice the baguette and lightly brush each piece with olive oil.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until toasted and golden.
Cut the Brie into slices.
Place the sliced Brie on each crostini and return to the oven to bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
Remove from the oven and spoon a fig jam over each crostini. Sprinkle evenly with rosemary and finish with dried cranberries or walnuts.
