What’s my Super Bowl? It’s the Super Bowl Sunday FOOD!This Buffalo Chicken Pizza is a delicious twist on a Game Day favorite.
SERVING SIZE: 2 or 3
THE RECIPE:
Set your oven to 375°F.
First, make the pizza dough! Put 1 cup of flour in a bowl and toss in 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 cup cottage cheese, ½ cup shredded mozzarella, and 1 tsp baking powder. Then mix it all together!
Now that you have the dough, lay out a little bit of flour and knead the dough over it. As you knead, sprinkle an additional ⅓ cup of flour and continue to knead for 3-4 minutes to reach the perfect doughy consistency.
Put the kneaded dough on a sheet pan and flatten it out with a rolling pin, carving out the edges with a spatula for that even rectangular shape.
Bake the dough for about 20 minutes.
For the pizza toppings, add your shredded chicken to a bowl and pour 2 tbsp buffalo sauce over it. Then mix it up.
Take the shredded mozzarella and sprinkle it on top of the pizza dough. Then add the chicken with buffalo sauce over and top with red onion slices.
Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for 10-12 more minutes.
Take it out of the oven, marvel at how amazing it looks!
Then for some extra fun, top with green onions, herbs, and a drizzle of ranch.
Congrats! You just took game day to the next level.
