Creamy Garlic & Bacon Green Beans
These Creamy Garlic & Bacon Green Beans are so irresistible and make a great side dish for the holidays!
Total Time 25 minutes mins
First, prep your veggies, chop up the garlic and onions.
To prep the green beans, chop off the stem end.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy.
Once the bacon is crispy, and set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Drain most, not all, of the bacon grease (carefully) from the pan. I like to either pour it into a tin can or lightly dab paper towel on the pan!!
Add in the diced onions, garlic, and green beans and sauté for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add in the cream, salt, and pepper and sauté for 2 more minutes until cooked.
Slowly stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Crumble the cooked bacon and mix it back in, or sprinkle it on top for a crispy finish.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
