This Crispy Garlic Hot Honey Feta Dip is creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet, savory and spicy. It’s seriously addicting and one you’ll want to bring to every party!
SERVING SIZE: ~2 CUPS OF DIP
THE RECIPE:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a food processor or blender, add the feta, Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese), olive oil, water, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a shallow bowl or plate, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
Sprinkle the crispy garlic over the dip and add chopped basil to top. Drizzle hot honey to preference.
Pair with warm pita, crusty bread, or fresh veggies for dipping.
