This Healthified 7 Layer Dip is a lighter and protein-packed take on the classic party dip. This one is another great game day recipe!

THE RECIPE:
Rinse and mash the black beans until mostly smooth, leaving some texture. A fork works great here! Spread evenly across the bottom of a serving dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread gently over the beans.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top of the yogurt mixture.
In a bowl, mash the avocados with garlic powder, salt, lime juice, and diced red onion until creamy but slightly chunky. Spread gently over the cheese layer.
Evenly scatter the black olives, diced peppers, and green onions on top of the avocado layer.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor, or serve immediately with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
