In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, white beans, red onion and chopped spinach.
Add in the Greek yogurt, mayo, Dijon mustard, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Gently mix until everything is well coated.
Serve a heaping spoonful on a toasted bagel with romaine lettuce, sliced avocado, and a dash of salt and pepper. You can also eat as a sandwich filling or as dip with crackers!
