Naturally sweet and full of flavor, you’ll love these Maple Date Overnight Oats as the perfect make-ahead breakfast!
SERVING SIZE: Makes 2 jars, which serves 4 (OR just fill 4 individual jars with the oat mix)
THE RECIPE:
In a blender, pulse the oats for 1-2 seconds for a finer texture. I like to blend the oats for a second because I like the texture of the oats a touch smaller!! You can totally skip this part, but I really think it makes them tastier, and after all, you have to get your blender out for the milk anyways!!
Remove oats from blender and evenly distribute in jars.
Combine milk, pitted dates, cinnamon, and maple syrup into the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If your blender doesn’t fully blend the dates, that’s totally okay.
Pour the milk over the oats, stirring well so everything is evenly soaked.
Refrigerate overnight and top with nuts of choice and/or a banana!
