BBQ Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 2 wraps or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded chicken breast cooked
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add chicken breast and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • While the chicken cooks, chop up the tomato, avocado, red onion, green onions, and lettuce.
  • Once the chicken is cooked and cooled slightly, shred it with your hands or two forks, then toss it in BBQ sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese (microwave for 10 seconds to help it melt).
  • Layer the BBQ chicken, red onion, avocado, tomato, green onions, and lettuce on each wrap.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing, roll it up, and enjoy!
