This one-pan chicken bake is the perfect no-fuss dinner for busy weeknights. It’s hearty, flavorful, and comes together in under 5 minutes of prep. Just toss everything into one pan, pop it in the oven, and let it do the work!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 small onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp butter cut into small pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In an oven-safe baking dish, add chicken breasts, shredded carrots, sliced onion, and garlic.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add bay leaves and dot with butter.
  • Toss gently to coat, then spread everything evenly in the dish.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Discard bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
