Healthy Caramel Apple Dip

This Healthy Caramel Apple Dip is your new favorite midday snack or sweet treat! It's so good and rivals real caramel!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dates pitted and soaked in hot water for at least 20 minutes
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the pitted dates in hot water for at least 20 minutes. Set aside.
  • Combine the dates, milk, nut butter, vanilla extract and pinch of sea salt in a blender. Blend until smooth and dates are fully blended.
  • Dip and eat with sliced apples. You (and your kids) will LOVE this snack!
