Healthy Holiday Moscow Mule
Things are getting pretty festive around here!!! Moscow Mules are one of my favorite cocktails, but one thing that I always think about when drinking them is HOW MUCH SUGAR there usually is in ginger beer! I love ginger beer just as much as the next person, love the spiciness and the kick that it gives to my drink but oh man, that sugar is wayyyy too much sometimes! So in this recipe, I swapped out regular ginger beer with sugar free ginger beer from Trader Joe’s! I’ll be honest with you, the ginger beer by itself isn’t anything to write home about, but when you mix it in with all of the other ingredients, it definitely works!!!

Muddle your cranberries and crush a few rosemary sprigs to bring out the flavor.
Fill a copper mug (or any glass) with ice.
Add vodka, lime juice, splash of kombucha, and muddled cranberries.
Pour in the sugar-free ginger beer and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with extra rosemary and a few whole cranberries if you’d like! Festive, fizzy, and just the right amount of spicy—this is your new go-to cocktail for the season. Enjoy!
