My new favorite way to snack—this dip is all about microchopping! Cutting everything as finely as possible blends flavors evenly, creates the perfect scoopable texture, and makes every bite packed with flavor. Loaded with deli meats, smoked gouda, and crunchy greens, it’s bold, savory, and pairs perfectly with bread or potato chips. Consider this your sign to start microchopping everything! 🥬🔪

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cruciferous Crunch or any crunchy greens, finely chopped (the mix consists of kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, green cabbage, and red cabbage)
  • 6 slices deli turkey finely chopped
  • 4 slices salami finely chopped
  • 1 cup smoked gouda shredded or finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Microchop everything as finely as possible to ensure when you mix, you're getting as many ingredients in each bite!
  • Add your chopped ingredients to a large bowl and mix in the mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed—add a little more lemon juice for extra tang or more mustard for a zingy kick.
  • Once everything is combined, serve immediately with your favorite dipping accompaniments, like toasted bread, potato chips, or crackers.
