Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops about ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey more to taste
  • ½ cup almond milk unsweetened or your choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Optional: a few ice cubes for extra chill

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add Greek yogurt, frozen raspberries, honey, almond milk, and chia seeds.
  • Process on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk; if too thin, add a couple ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle a few extra chia seeds on top if desired, and enjoy!!
