Simple Steak + Rice Bowl With Crispy Green Beans + Roasted Broccoli
The easiest, simplest dinner ever—so good, omg. I saw this girl on TikTok air-fry green beans with nutritional yeast, and obviously, I had to try it. ;)
Total Time 20 minutes mins
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss broccoli florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden, flipping halfway.
Toss trimmed green beans with nutritional yeast (optional, but helps a lot with flavor) and a little olive oil.
Air fry at 400°F for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Once done, toss them in teriyaki sauce.
Season steak with lawrys salt, pepper, and lots of garlic. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer it well-done (I always pop mine back on the stove—no shame, haha!).
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain. Save the pan juices for extra flavor.
To assemble your bowl, start with a base of brown rice.
Top with sliced steak, roasted broccoli, and teriyaki green beans.
Drizzle with the steak juices and extra teriyaki sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onion.
So simple and so yummy. Enjoy!
