Vegan Tofu Fried Rice
Whip up a delicious and healthy meal with this Vegan Tofu Fried Rice, where crispy tofu meets savory vegetables and fluffy rice in a flavorful stir-fry. It’s a quick, plant-based twist on a classic favorite that’s both easy and delicious!
First, cook your rice according to the package.
Next, cut up your onions, cabbage, and broccoli. Then, cube your tofu.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Add your broccoli first since it'll take the longest to cook.
Cook the veggies on medium heat for about 4-7 minutes or until the onions become nice and caramelized! Remember to add in your seasonings!
Add in your tofu, then add white rice and mix until everything is evenly combined!
Then add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder onion powder and mix it all together, until well combined (side note: butter is incredible in this, totally optional, but I highly suggest it)!
Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!!
