Vegan Chickpea Salad

Rinse and drain your chickpeas. Place them in a bowl and lightly mash with a fork or handheld masher—just enough to break them up but leave some texture.
Add the chopped celery, red onion, and green onions to the bowl.
Stir in the veganaise, tahini, mustard, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.
Serve on bread, in lettuce wraps, or with crackers or pretzel chips. It’s also delicious with avocado!
